By creating an account, submitting a web form, and/or checking an SMS consent checkbox on our website, you expressly consent to receive communications from E & I Real Estate Services, including newsletters, marketing and promotional materials, and communications by email, SMS/text message, automated voicemail drops, and push notifications.

If you opt in to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring Marketing Alerts, promotional offers, real estate listings, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and other real estate-related messages from E & I Real Estate Services at the mobile phone number you provide.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message sent by the Company or by emailing rick.vielma@ei-props.com. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from us, except for messages necessary to confirm your opt-out request.
